GlitchWave
GlitchWave is a remake of the classic arcade game Tempest. It was made by members of the National High School Game Academy as a project.
In GlitchWave, you play as a programmer who must "debug" your code (by literally killing the bugs) or risk bringing utter annihilation to your computer. The mechanics are much like the original game of Tempest: the player crawls around the edge of a tunnel-shaped level and shoots enemies trying to climb up the level and kill the player. In addition to shooting, GlitchWave also gives players a "stomp" ability so that players can kill enemies o the edge of the level in lanes adjacent to the player.
